Contract of Booking

 General Conditions

Article 1

 The best reception will be reserved for you. Gilles will receive you personally to assure (insure) you a pleasant stay.

                                                                              Article 2

Lasted the stay this contract is signed for definite duration. The customer can take advantage no in no event of a right (law) for the preservation in places.

 Article 3

Conclusion of the contract the booking will become actual since the customer will have paid deposit to the owner.

This deposit (advance) is fixed to 25 % (minimum 2 overnight stays) of the total price of the stay to the amount of X€ that is X € of deposit.

The price get any loads (responsibilities) included except tax of cleaning amounting to 35€ (for the weekend, the week, the month)

Article 4

 Cancellation by the customer

                 Any cancellation must be notified by letter or e-mail sent to the owner.

1.             Cancellation before the beginning of the stay: in case of cancellation more than 24 hours before the beginning of the stay, the deposit (advance) remains acquired to the owner. In the case of a cancellation within 24 hours preceding the beginning of the stay, the owner keeps(preserves) the paid(poured) deposit(advance) and reserves the right to demand to the customer the balance of the price(prize) of the accommodation(hosting).

 2.           If the customer does not show himself before 9 pm the day foreseen (planned) by the beginning of stay, the present contract becomes no and the owner can have the apartment. The paid (poured) deposit (advance) remains acquired to the owner.

3.            In case of shortened stay, the price corresponding to the cost of the accommodation remains acquired to the owner.   

 Article 5

    Cancellation by the owner

When before the beginning of the stay, the owner cancels this stay; he has to inform the customer by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt or e-mail sent to the customer. The customer will be paid off at once paid sums.

  Article 6

 Arrived the customer

Has to appear the day clarified to the contract from 3:00 pm.

Article 7

Allocates the customer

Has to free (release) the duplex) the day indicated on the contract at 11:00 am.

Article 8

 Regulation (payment) of the Balance

The balance is to be settled (adjusted) in the arrival in the duplex. The supplementary services (performances) not mentioned to the present contract will be settled (adjusted) at the end of stay.

Article 9

 Use of places

The customer will have to respect the peaceful character of places and make use of it in compliance with their destination. The duplex must be returned in good condition.

Article 10

Capacity The owner

Is entitled to refuse the supplementary customers. This refusal cannot be considered as a modification or a break of the contract on the initiative of the owner. In case of departure of the customer, no refund (repayment) can be envisaged.

Article 11

Children

The children are welcome while staying under the whole responsibility of their relatives (parents) of the fact that the apartment is a space completely opened in duplex. We have the pleasure to offer you the free access (wantonness) for the children of less than 6 years.

Article 12

 Animals

Our friends in 4 legs are not accepted .
